What to Include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • A description of the issue or question.
  • Your device model and iOS version.
  • Your BodyScan ID (found in Settings → Account) if applicable.
  • Screenshots, if relevant.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all support requests within 48 hours. Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven't heard back.

Data Deletion Requests

To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" along with your BodyScan ID. We will process your request within 30 days.
