1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Bod AI. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account

Bod AI may create a guest account on your behalf automatically. You may upgrade to a Google-linked account at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Bod AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and annual) that unlock premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally selected.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a subscription period. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Bod AI provides AI-generated estimates and general fitness guidance for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Body composition estimates (body fat percentage, muscle mass, etc.) are approximations generated by AI and may not be accurate.
• Workout and nutrition suggestions are general in nature and are not tailored to any medical condition.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or diet program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or see in this App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content that is obscene, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its servers.
• Circumvent any access controls, subscription mechanisms, or security features.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, trademarks, and other intellectual property within Bod AI are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and personal data you submit to the App. By using Bod AI, you grant us a limited license to process your photos and data solely for the purpose of providing the App's analysis and features. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bod AI and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
